The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPOP) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) prohibit release of personal information without the consent of the person to whom it relates.

CMTC only collects the information that we need to provide you with a quality training program and
we will only share this information with other parties to the extent they need to know.  For example, the Department of Education Private Career College Division requires the names and addresses of each student attending the college.  Funding agencies and career counselling organizations that sponsor you, may wish to discuss your progress with us, and potential employers may inquire about graduates. 

We take your right to privacy very seriously, and will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party that does not need to see it.  Please bring to our attention any concerns that you may have in regard to your personal information.
